CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A parent has been arrested after bringing a pocket knife to North Mecklenburg High School, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools confirmed.
The parent has been identified as 45-year-old Luis Antoni Berry. He has been charged with:
- Weapon on school property
- Assault with a deadly weapon (non-injury)
- Trespassing
- Disorderly conduct
Berry was arrested by school resource officers and the motive behind the incident remains unknown.
