CARROLL COUNTY, Ohio (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) — The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 14-year-old boy.
Deputies said Jonathon E. Minard was last seen Saturday evening. He is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
Minard was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, brown pants and brown boots.
