SALISBURY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — An investigation is underway after three people were shot in Salisbury over the weekend, according to the Salisbury Police Department.
Officers responded to calls regarding the shooting around 12:41 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, along South Jake Alexander Boulevard.
Three victims ranging in age, from 22 to 25 years old, were found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and taken to area medical centers in stable condition to be treated.

Salisbury Police said this was an isolated incident.
There is no mention of a suspect at this time and this remains an active investigation. Anyone with further information in this case is asked to call Sgt. Hill at 704-638-5333.
